This article systematically presents Xiuyan nephrite in Liaoning Province. It involves modes of occurrence, colours, mineral association, main chemical compositions, trace elements and rare earth elements, textural and structural types and physical properties. The source of minerogenic material and ore\|forming process are also comprehensively analysed.
