Beryllium is separated from REE and aluminum with zerolit 225 cation exchanger, the eluant for beryllium is 2.0M HN03 in 70% methanol. The reco- very was nearly 100% for 5mg Be. The other elements were eluted by using hydrochloric acid of different concentration, and determined by rotine method.
