    Abstract:

    This paper presents a direct rapid spectrophotometric method to determine the cerium-group rare earth in minerals and rocks with chlorophosphonazo-mN dibenzyl guanidine as developing reagent. Citric acid, sodium dihydrogen phos- phate, EDTA and TTHA were used as masking agents for 22 foreign ions.
