Conditions have been studied for the formaton and extraction of a complex of copper with 3，5-diBr-PADAT in the presence of peroxide at pH 3 .8. ε570= 8.6× 10. HTTA-bnzene extract the complex by 98-102%.Calibration curve for copper was linear withina a range 0.5～10ug/25m1.
