“Author’s Commitment and Copyright Transfer Agreement (also referred to as the Agreement)” shall be signed by the authors, which stipulates the common rights and interests of the authors and Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica (also referred to as the Journal), in accordance with the “Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Ethical Standards for Scientific Journal Publishing” issued by the China Association for Science and Technology in September 2019. Author’s voluntary commitment:

1. The manuscript submitted to Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica is the original manuscript, and it is guaranteed that it has not been published in domestic public publications.

2. The submitted work is the result of the author's own creative labor. Where the discussion, data and results of others are quoted, the corresponding references have been listed.

3. All authors of the submitted documents are the creators of the submitted documents and are responsible for the correctness, authenticity and reliability of the submitted documents. Once the agreement is signed, the attribution of manuscripts and the order of attribution will not be changed.

4. The author team or the subject mentioned in the manuscript shall have no confidentiality requirements for the publication of the manuscript. If there is any confidentiality requirement, the manuscript has been reviewed by the organization and stamped with the official seal of the organization.

5. In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, since the date of signing this Agreement, all authors of the above paper agree to transfer the copyright of this paper (including but not limited to the right of reproduction, distribution, information network communication, broadcasting, assembly, adaptation, etc.) to the editorial department of Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica, and agrees to be included in domestic and foreign retrieval journals or databases if the Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica permits. Authors will have the right to use and reuse the article under the same license as the third-party users. Upon publication of the article, Acta Petrologica et Mineralogica shall pay the author a lump sum remuneration (including copyright royalties) according to the standard set by the National Copyright Administration. If there is any objection, the editorial office will be informed in advance.
